Bundles Terms & Conditions Policy

By purchasing any of the advising packages offered below ("Bronze," "Silver," or "Gold"), the client agrees to the following terms and conditions:

1. Non-Refundable: All packages are non-refundable once payment has been received in full.

2. Expiration: All packages must be completed within two (2) years from the date of purchase or when the student graduates high school — whichever comes first. Unused hours are non-transferrable.

3. Scheduling: Meetings must be scheduled in advance, subject to availability. Clients are responsible for initiating meeting requests in a timely manner.

4. Transferability: Packages are non-transferable except in the case of sibling transfer, which may be approved on a case-by-case basis if hours remain unused and the transfer is requested within the original two-year window.

Package Details

BRONZE PACKAGE

Estimated 12 hours total, including up to 6 one-hour meetings. Includes:

• College search and list-building guidance

• Common Application setup and activities list support

• Primary essay brainstorming, feedback, and final review

• Pre-submission polish and checklist session

• Reasonable offline support (reviewing drafts, editing, and research)

Anticipated 1-hr meetings will be scheduled during an initial 30-minute consultation, and are as follows:

1. Intake & college fit discussion

2. Finalizing college list

3. Common App walk-through & activities list

4. Essay brainstorming

5. Essay review & feedback

6. Final polish + submission check

SILVER PACKAGE

Estimated 20 hours total, including up to 9 one-hour meetings. Includes everything in the Bronze Package, plus:

• Supplemental essay planning and review for selected schools

• FAFSA preparation and submission guidance

• Expanded offline support for editing, research, and essay feedback

Additional 1-hr meetings include:

7. Supplemental essay planning (common Qs: “Why this college?” etc.)

8. Review of supplemental drafts

9. FAFSA support session (screen share recommended)

GOLD PACKAGE

Estimated 28 hours total, including up to 13 one-hour meetings. Includes everything in the Silver Package, plus:

• Support for Custom Applications (UC, Coalition, etc.)

• Scholarship/grant research and strategy session

• Scholarship essay and application guidance

• Final application checklist and submission coaching

• Additional offline review, edits, and documentation support

Additional 1-hr meetings include:

10. Custom app review (e.g. UC, Coalition)

11. Scholarship & grant strategy session

12. Scholarship application coaching/check-in

13. Pre-submission walk-through / wrap-up

Important Notes

• Scope of Work: Services outside of the defined package (e.g., additional essay reviews, last-minute application rescues, or support for more than one student) may require additional fees or the purchase of hourly consulting.

• Client Responsibility: The client is expected to actively participate in sessions and meet any deadlines related to their application or financial aid timeline. The advisor is not responsible for missed deadlines caused by client delay.

• Changes to Packages: The advisor reserves the right to revise or update package offerings and pricing at any time. However, clients who have already purchased a package will retain access to the services as defined at the time of their purchase.

By purchasing a package, the client acknowledges and agrees to these terms and conditions.
