Session Pack Terms & Conditions

By purchasing a Session Pack, you agree to the following terms and conditions:


1. Package Options & Discounts

  • 5-Hour Pack: Billed at the standard hourly rate

  • 10-Hour Pack: Includes a 2% discount on the total

  • 15-Hour Pack: Includes a 5% discount on the total


2. Payment & Scheduling

Full payment is required at the time of purchase. Sessions must be scheduled in advance and are subject to availability. No sessions will be booked until payment is received in full.


3. Session Use, Expiration & Transferability

All hours must be used within 2 years of the purchase date. Unused hours are non-refundable, but may be transferred to a sibling upon request. All transferred hours must also be used within the original 2-year window.


4. Rescheduling & Cancellations

Clients may reschedule sessions at least 24 hours in advance using the self-service scheduling link.


Cancellations or rescheduling requests within 24 hours of a session are not permitted and will result in the forfeiture of that session time.


5. Refunds & Transfers

Session Packs are non-refundable. However, any unused hours may be transferred to a sibling (with prior notice), provided they are used within the original 2-year expiration period.


6. Communication

Sessions may take place via video call, phone, or in person (if applicable). Brief follow-ups or clarifications related to an active session are included at no extra cost. New or extensive topics may require additional time, which will be scheduled and deducted from your remaining hours.
