Cancellation Policy

To ensure the best experience for all clients, please review the following policies before booking: 1. Payment & Scheduling Full payment is required at the time of booking. Sessions will not be scheduled until payment is received. 2. Cancellations & Rescheduling You may cancel or reschedule your session up to 24 hours in advance with no penalty. Clients can reschedule their own appointments using the link provided in the confirmation email. 3. Late Changes & Missed Appointments Cancellations or rescheduling requests within 24 hours of your appointment are not permitted and will result in forfeiture of the full booking fee.
